Ideal for general notarizations and single documents.
Minimum fee Includes up to three notarized signatures.

Each Additional Signature
Per document, per signer, when more than three signatures are required.

Travel Fee
Assessed for each 10 miles beyond the first 10 miles from zip code 91204.

Real Estate Transaction Signing
(Per Package)
$250.00
Flat rate applies to escrow and lender-partner signings within a 25-mile radius of Glendale, California. additional fee will be assessed for distance beyond the initial 25 miles. This charge is calculated per full or partial 10-mile increment past the primary service area.
